Is it against board rules to look for a copy of a show that has been released on DVD but is long out of print and will probably never be reissued?

I am looking for "Pink Lady And Jeff". It was released a few years ago and is now out of print. I've seen sites asking as low as $165 for the set. I don't want to pay that much for it. I didn't know if anyone out there had a spare copy of the set laying around.
