Maybe the Cowboys could get Bill Cowher!
(The Browns may keep Mangini if he lets the Browns play like they did the past few weeks).

![]() It's about time. I don't know what Jason Garrett can do with the rest of this season but it had to be done. The last 3 weeks have just been embarrasing. I've been watching all the talking heads bash the Cowboys and they deserve it. To play like they did last night was disgusting. I still would put Bill Cowher or Jon Gruden at the top of my coach's list. Garrett is going to have to do wonders for me to want him. I saw a little of his news conference though and he does sound more like a coach than Wade did. |

Every time there's a coaching change in the NFL, I'm reminded of how often -- years ago -- the name Rich Kotite came under consideration. One of those names that always popped up, it seemed.
You might see Brian Billick's name come up for the Dallas job -- he's one of the relatively few guys out there with Super Bowl experience who's still young enough to be coaching, but isn't right now (like Gruden). |
