Trying to remember segment about an old murder....there is an older cajun woman that would say "Wachu want Hotar" .....I think Hotar or Hotard was visiting? then turned up dead

That would be the disappearance/probable murder of Audrey Moate and her married lover, Thomas Hotard, who was found murdered. One of the really good older segments...it was well acted and the production was top notch. I'm pretty sure everyone believes Audrey was killed at the same time but her body was disposed of elsewhere. A lot of people believe that Caroline Schlesser's (Your "Cajun Lady" ) common law husband killed them both. Although on his deathbed he claimed Caroline is the one who killed them. Supposedly Caroline was also related to Thomas Hotard in some way. Who knows, they probably both participated.

Now that you mentioned the Thomas Hotard/Audrey Moate case, I should add a link on a recent article about the case. Both the murder and disappearance are still (at least officially) unsolved, but the article is worth reading.
