"True Blood's" Ryan Kwanten Cast as Charles Manson in New Film

Ryan Kwanten clearly has a thing for blood.

The "True Blood" star recently announced that he has been cast to play cult leader Charles Manson in an upcoming film titled The Family, reports The Wrap.

The project, which is still in its development stage, will center on Manson and the murders he and his followers committed.

Are you still playing Charles Manson in the Brad Anderson biopic? Is that still happening?

It's still in the works. It was supposed to get going this year, but it may be put off until next year now.
