Sterling's Gold, the fake memoir self-published by Roger Sterling about the most recent season of "Mad Men", is now available for pre-order and will hit shelves November 16th.

Seems to be a strange concept. Off topic, but I've noticed that John Slattery is doing tv ads for Lincoln cars.
