Move over, Barbie! Farrah Fawcett is becoming plastic.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned plans are underway to turn the 1970s Charlie's Angels star into a doll, wearing that famous red-bathing-suit.

A record six million copies of the Farrah poster have been sold since its debut in 1976.

"It could turn Farrah's fame into a fortune for the foundation that carries her name," said one source, who is aware of the plans.

"Farrah's blonde, feathered hairstyle would have made Barbie envious, so it seems only fitting that she becomes a doll, even if she is not here to celebrate it."

Proceeds from the sale of the doll would go The Farrah Fawcett Foundation, a charity run by her long-time friend Alana Stewart.

Farrah died from cancer on June 25, 2009 at age 62.

The mission of the Farrah Fawcett Foundation is to provide funding for alternative methods of cancer research, clinical trials, prevention and awareness.
