Punky Brewster is already complete on DVD from Shout! Factory but now we get special episodes from Mill Creek Entertainment giving us ten classic first season episodes for a very reasonable price. If you haven’t bought the series yet on DVD, you may try this starter set that will get you in the rhythm of this series! And if you don’t know, Punky Brewster is the story of an isolated bachelor who takes in a lost and forgotten child told as a family-friendly sitcom that is as captivating for families today as it was in 1984. Thanks to the inspired casting of the spunky Punky (Soleil Moon Frye) and the misanthropic photographer-turned- foster dad Henry Warnimont (George Gaynes), the series paints the world in primary colors for a young audience.

Mill Creek Entertainment gives us 10 classic first season episodes on a single disc set for just $9.98 MRSP, so you could get it cheaper online (so click on our link at the end of the review).
