Default Missing persons that are still alive

This thread is to discuss people who are missing that you feel are still alive. I have one off the top of my head that I want to put here.

First is Savanna Todd, who was just an infant when she was abducted by her mother. She is 17 years old now and has been missing since 1994. Since this is a family abduction I'm 99.999% sure that she is still alive and out there somewhere. Perhaps when she is an adult she will find out about her past. She probably knows nothing about her past, in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if her mother changed her name completely. She probably doesn't even know her real name is Savanna.

Jacqueline Vasquez, referred to in the Morgan Nick segment as Jacqueline Castaneda. Although this was a non-family abduction, she was just an infant at the time and probably was sold or kept by someone who wanted a baby. I think there is a very good chance she is still with us.

Marlene Santana could possibly still be alive. She was abducted in 1985 from the hospital by a woman who seemed to be "baby shopping" at the nursery window. When Marlene and her mom were discharged from the hospital after her birth, the kidnapper and accomplices were waiting for them.

Chance Wackerhagen. If his father, Dub, was responsible for killing his stepmom, then he would probably would have taken Chance with him to start a new life. If she was killed by someone else, then the odds of him still being alive are almost nil, but the majority of people do seem to think that Dub Wackerhagen did it.

It is also possible that some of the people with mental deficiencies who wandered off, like Gordon Page or Kristi Krebs, could still be alive somewhere, either living in an institution or as a transient.

Don't forgtr baby Shannon. Her mom was found at the bottom of lake and they never found the baby. She probably being raised by someone under a diffrent name. as well.

I was just about to post that. Definitely agreed.

Hmmm, well I think the majority of unsolved missing persons featured on UM are dead by now. Remember it's been almost 20 years since most of them went missing.

But, I've always thought Micheal Hughes survived, and is probably still alive.

Obviously any case involving a missing toddler and or infant I would tend to think is alive and the only reason they haven't surfaced was because of they really have no recollection of any incident and probably have lived normal, adjusted lives under a new identity. I agree that almost all others are unfortunately dead by now. But I always thought Gordon (the autistic man who went missing) was still alive...at least when the story aired the first time.

Sadly I feel that baby Shannon and Michael Hughes both met their horrible deaths at the hands of the evil men that took them.

I have to agree that Michael Hughes is likely dead. If you ever read the book "A Beautiful Child" you'll learn to what extents Franklin Floyd went as far as his abuse of Hughes' mother Sharon Marshall. After reading the book, I have little doubt that Floyd would've spared Michael's life.

As far as missing people that are still alive. Apparently Amy Bradley's family still believes she's alive and being held against her will in another country. In 2005 images were found on pornographic websites that Bradley's family believe to be her. So it is possible that she might still be alive somewhere in a foreign country.

Those claims are almost as outrageous as the pictures themselves.

To think a mentally stable woman would get kidnapped, then live for 15 years as a sex slave without trying to contact for help is crazy.

Amy Bradley, more then likely, fell off of the ship.

Most, if not all, of the family abduction cases I believe are solvable and each of the victims are alive (with the exception of Alexander Olive). I also believe several of the people with mental problems are still alive (ex. Patricia Carlton, who vanished in 1971 and found alive in 2004). If Ashley Freeman did kill her parents (which is unlikely) then she and Lauria are probably alive. However, it seems unlikely that she was responsible and that they were murdered.

The others I believe are alive:
Sabrian Aisenberg-I think she was probably kidnapped and is still alive.
Amy Bradley-I'm not sure, but the evidence that they have brought up may lead to her being alive. I don't think she fell overboard.
Jacqueline Castenada-She is probably being raised by her kidnappers.
John Cheek-He probably has amnesia and might be living in a homeless shelter.
Selena Edon-She probably has amnesia as well and is living somewhere.
Laurence Harding-He is likely an adult now living a normal life, unaware of his past.
Margie Jelovcic-I think she's with Randy Yager and is probably not in danger.
James Kimball-He's probably in a hospital or homeless shelter, unable to return to his family.
Kristi Krebs-She might have amnesia or is living somewhere without knowing her past.
Pat Meehan-She probably has amnesia or is running from the law.
Gordon Page-He probably is living in a hospital or homeless shelter, unaware of his past.
Star Palumbo-If all the stuff about the government is not true, she probably has amnesia.
Marlene Santana-She's probably an adult now with a family and unaware of her abduction.
Chance Wackerhagen-If his dad was the killer, he's probably either living with Dub or by himself.

All of the other missing persons, sadly, I believe are deceased.

Does it have to be someone featured on UM, or can we also discuss more recent cases?

Jacqueline Castaneda is most likely alive. Her mother made it WAY TOO EASY for her to be taken, leaving her outside of a porta potty like that.

As far as missing criminals, I think Richard Bocklage, Randall Utterback, Gloria Schulze and Ann Sigmin are likely to be alive.

I used to think Adam Emery is absolutely alive, but now I am not confident at all that he is alive or dead. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was either one (not a bold opinion, I know…)
