What are sounds you absolutely hate? I HATE the sounds of fire trucks passing me by. Their loud sirens hurt my ears badly!

I hate the original Emergency Broadcasting sound. the sound that goes..."oooooooooooooooo" Thank God I don't hear those anymore on my TV.

I also hate the OTHER Emergency broadcasting, which, unfortunately, I have heard recently. It comes on OVER the actors, and makes a sound like, 'eh, eh, eh."

i hate ballons popping. that sound sounds scary as hell!

Styrofoam, especially when something new is packed in it. My husband handles those.

A screaming baby near me in a restaurant, grocery store, wedding, etc.

Any sound that indicates that something is wrong with my car.

An alarm clock, when I need more sleep.

A barking dog, that I don't know.

My smoke detector, when my cooking sets it off.

Any song that I dislike.

I don't like loud noises either. My hearing is very good and I'm sensitive to loud noise.

I hate loud music, etc.

I hate styrofoam. The noise gives me chills. I also hate the noise of finger nails on a chalk board.

Also

The sound of the recorded voice on the phone. Remember the days when you made a call and you actually got a human to answer instead of a machine?

Loud Claps of Thunder, tornado sirens and nails on a chalkboard.

All three make me uncomfortable.

The sound of a telephone ringing (for some reason, it makes me, very nervous)

A fork scrapping against a plate, or a pot, etc.

People screaming or yelling

Nails against a blackboard

A sound of a Tuba being played; literally causes me to start grinding my teeth

Screeching of train brakes (makes my ears hurt)

ANY child (or teenager) crying (makes me want to cry too)

VERY loud snoring when I am trying to sleep (God forbid if my husband does that and wakes me up!!)

I love the parody/reference of the Emergency Broadcast System that Smart Guy did with T.J being "punished" for putting his dad's Rooferman commercial in the Superbowl by mistake. T.J had to go say, 'This is a test of The Emergency broadcasting System. This is only a test. Then he had to go "ooooooooooooooooo(he took a quick breath) and continued with "oooooooooooooo." LOL.

The sound of an animal being hit by my car. I hit a raccoon last Friday night and that kthump, kthump, kthump sound under my wheel just made me sick.
