Cowboys is the best 1-4 team in NFL history - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Damm, bad breaks and penalties cause the team and I'm not going to say the season is over yet but it's getting close. Did everything right but special teams was a killer.

Who would have thought two weeks before Halloween the Cowboys would be 1-4 and the Eagles 4-2 without Mcnabb?

It's over. I have no confidence in this team any more. After every big play they make, I look for a penalty because I know it's coming. They do have talent and that's what's frustrating. If they were bad then you could rebuild but I don't know where you go with this bunch of bozo's. They have to change coaches. There is no other way. You can't get rid of the whole team. These group of Cowboys have been the most disappointing group that I've rooted for since I became a Cowboy fan in 1975. That includes the Danny White teams. I just don't see any heart or fire in them. They do stupid things all the time to beat themselves. I don't know what else to say.

Yea a lot of fans on the Zone were talking about that. The game was over regardless.

Also, the guy who returned the punt when they did get the ball back under 30 seconds, why the F** would he try and get a lot of yds when they only a little bit of time left to drive down the field?? That d*ckhead ate up PRECIOUS SECS off the clock-lol

You never know - if by some miracle of default they end up in the playoffs and win a game (yeah, right!) Jones could end up bringing him back.

I know that is just silly, but stranger things have happened.

I always worried that one day Jerry Jones would go wacko control stupid like Al Davis. If he doesn't make a commitment next year to let someone actually run the team then we are just rooting for the Texas Raiders.

I think the Giants are going to blow us out next week. The Cowboys always have a hard time beating them anyway.

Jerry's going to have to do something at the end of the year or he'll lose the fans. I haven't rooted for the Cowboys to tank a season since 1988 when I was rooting for them to lose so we could get Troy Aikman.

I didn't even see the kickoff return by the vikings because I thought it was sill halftime-lol I had on the Redzone Channel and they showed it

Given the Giants' wild inconsistency at times in recent years, I wouldn't call that a lock.
