Need Help Identifying Early 90's Sitcoms - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

They are two:

1) Nick played it on Saturday mornings. It was a about a kids camp. In the theme song they said:
Camp Wanapana,
We Hold You In Our Hearts.

2) Nick played it on Saturday Morning in 96-98. It's about a ranch with kid's as helpers.

I thought it was Hey Dude, because you could hear a guy saying "Hey Dude".
And I remember when they hoist up a boys shorts and salute it.
