Can't help if I space in a daze, My eyes tune out the other way,
I may switch off and go in a daydream, In this head my thoughts are deep,
Sometimes I can't even speak, Will someone be and not pretend?
I'm off again in my World

I have heard a LOT of sad songs that make me cry... too many to name... but the one that makes me started ballin' the most is:

"There You'll Be" By Faith Hill- Pearl Harbor Soundtrack

"Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning?" by Alan Jackson.

"The River" and "The Dance" by Garth Brooks put me into a somber mood...

Ditto. The first time I saw the video for "The Dance" I started crying because I didn't know it had scenes of the astronauts from the Challenger explosion. It brought back alot of memories from when I saw the explosion.

The same for Alan's song. It brought back a bunch of memories.

Ditto on "The Dance." Sad. And now everytime I hear it I think of Dale Earnhardt.

"Cat's in the Cradle" by Harry Chapin is sad too.

Yes, that video is touching. In sixth grade I was required to write a paper on a recent, historical event. I chose the Challenger's explosion. My parents had recorded it and I was forced to watch that video as it blew up and all those people lost their lives. It was a humbling experience for me writing that term paper. Seeing Garth Brooks video brought it all back...

"One More Day" by Diamond Rio causes me to think of Dale Earnhardt. What would he, along with many others who have gone on before us, have done with just 'one more day?'

I was living in Florida at the time. I was outside at recess at the time and I saw it live as it blew up. That was an experience I wish I could forget, but I never will.
