Bright but flighty attorney Ally McBeal (Calista Flockhart) and her irrepressibly eccentric colleagues at the Boston firm of Cage & Fish mix law and romance in the third season of this award-winning dramedy series.

Billy (Gil Bellows) and Georgia (Courtney Thorne-Smith) find their relationship on the rocks, but love may be in the air for Ally and John Cage (Peter MacNicol).

The Emmy-winning dramedy's fourth season finds Ally fending off hallucinations of Barry Manilow and falling for Larry Paul (Robert Downey Jr.), a charismatic attorney who counsels her through a breakup and defends her in a defamation lawsuit.

On the work front, Ally takes on the cases of a boy jilted by a prom date and a dwarf being sued by a woman he met online.

Florence Henderson and Bernadette Peters guest star.

The fifth and final season of this Emmy-winning series finds charmingly goofy lawyer Ally discovering that 10-year-old Maddie Harrington (Hayden Panettiere) may be her biological daughter, thanks to a mistake at the egg bank where Ally once made a deposit.

Meanwhile, Ally makes partner at the firm, and Ling (Lucy Liu) scores a promotion to judge.

Kyra Sedgwick, Heather Locklear, Matthew Perry and Elton John guest star.
