But do you remember "The Archies'"OTHER top 30 hits,1968's "Bang Shang-a -Lang"(#22-recorded BEFORE "Sugar Sugar"),AND the 1969 #10 follow-up to "Sugar Sugar" called "Jingle Jangle"-Both are great songs,but for some reason DJ's on oldies stations do NOT play these.As I said,does anyone remember these songs by "The Archies"?

etc etc...

I still have all the lps

No offense but I think that tune is one of the worse records ever made.

The older Archie comic books from the 50's, 60's and 70's are actually kind of cool. The stories were funny and the artwork was pretty good. But the cartoon was terrible. The animation was very cheap and the character's voices all sounded like they had just inhaled helium. They even gave Veronica a southern accent. Yuck!!!
