Nope, she was only in Season 9.

OK, thanks. What did happen to Riley? Did she die or was she just transferred?

At the start of Season 10, Catherine (Helgenberger) finds a report written by Riley that basically said she didn't agree with her leadership skills.

She found a law enforcement job out in the Midwest.
