Does anyone know whatever happened to the young lady Nikki Swasey that played "Lisa Hayes" and the other actress that played as "Teresa" on "Diff'rent Strokes?"

I was reading on the Movie Database last night that Nikki Swasey now works as a stage manager on TV and Films. I don't think she does any acting anymore.
