I would make it Retro Day and Night. It would air from 9AM-2AM and wouldn't have any shows that are on national networks. Hey, this would be a good lineup for every day, not just Sunday!

Any Nickelodeon sitcoms from before 1999 (if they can get the rights)
Punky Brewster (she may have been a mischief-maker on the NBC run, but she got cuter and somewhat friendlier on the syndicated run)
