That TVLand aires,with the MCMLXIV by Screen Gems,they say 2000 by CPT Holdings.On the color ones with the MCMLXVI by Screen Gems,they say 1994 by CPT Holdings,What do they mean by CPT Holdings?And does it appear this way on the "Bewitched"DVD's,or at all?

On the DVDs, the black and white episodes have a grayscale version of the MCMLXVI opening. There is no CPT holdings credit.

The reruns you see with this credit are actually the colorized episodes--with the color turned off!!

There are 3 major versions of the opening theme.

B&W with a caricature of Dick York
Color with a caricature of Dick York
Color with a caricature of Dick Seargent.

I never did see an episode where Sam turns herself into a cat, though in one episode Darren thought she did, and Sam later turned that same cat into a woman. In that same episode, Endora really did turn herself into a pelican.
