Had Wendi Jo Sperber not gotten ill with breast cancer in the late '90s, where do you think her career could've gone? Wendi Jo was always one of those "that lady/that guy" actors, where you knew their face and they would always randomly pop up in stuff, but since they were seldom the lead, you didn't really know there name right away.

Do you think for instance, that had lived during the time in which Tom Hanks' stature grew in Hollywood, Wendie Jo would have probably gotten some good projects via that connection combined with her talent? Could have also had a career similar to Melissa McCarthy's?
