'Hawaii Five-0' books Kevin Sorbo for guest role
"Hawaii Five-0" will have a guest star of Herculean proportions later this season.
Kevin Sorbo, best known for his title role in "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys," will appear in the new CBS show's sixth episode. Zap2it was on the set on Oahu Thursday (Sept. 9) as Sorbo filmed part of his guest spot. He's playing a real-estate mogul and the sponsor of a surfing competition where someone ends up dead. His character and the case also have a personal connection for Grace Park's character, Kono Kalakaua, a former competitive surfer. The episode will also feature former "My Name Is Earl" star Nadine Velazquez as Sorbo's assistant. "Hawaii Five-0" premieres Monday, Sept. 20 on CBS.
