When Unsolved Mysteries cast actors and actresses for their segments, I was sometimes blown away at the people they chose. Sometimes they looked nothing like the person they were portraying. And sometimes they almost looked like the person's own twin. I think these were some of the best...
The real person is on the left. The actor/actress is on the right. CHARLES MORGAN: ![]() CRYSTAL SPENCER: ![]() CINDY JAMES: ![]() RHONDA HINSON: ![]() Can anyone think of other good casts? |

Very good comparison's Dynoguy!
The mom in the Adam Hecht disappearance was portrayed by an actress who looked so much like her that I'm still not sure if that was an actor or Adam Hecht's mom recreating the scenes for UM. |

I loved it when UM got it really close! The Hecht case was actually very confounding, as it's hard to tell if that's the mom or an actress.

I always thought the girl playing Kari Lynn Nixon could've been her twin. Turns out it was her own sister. |

The actress who played Dottie Caylor looked an awful lot like her.
And the girl they cast to play Colleen Ritter was such a convincing lookalike that I initially thought Colleen was playing herself and could not believe she was willing to act out the horrific re-enactment of the murder scene. |

I thought the Bonnie Wilder casting was kind of accurate.
I'm not sure how to upload the 2 photos side by side on here.
