Looking for these rugrats/ all grown up episodes

Hi. I am going to make a Rugrats set using the sources from a dvd set I got a year ago. I went through the entire set and I found these episodes to be lesser quality than the rest of the episodes on the original set.

Most of the episodes I want replaced have a hissing noise that you get when recording onto a vhs tape with high volume which isn't that big of a deal. I think its called white noise but not sure. I was testing the episodes using headphones so the hissing might not be noticeable on tvs.

A few episodes have dvr play buttons and there's one vcr display. A few episodes are out of sync and there are some with people doing sign language.

I don't think I will be making season 1 or 2 since amazon came out with them on dvd.

134. Sister Act / Spike's Nightscare / Cuddle Buddy (very little background hissing)

136. Dayscare / The Great Unknown / Wash-Dry Story (has play button during title)

Update:

The episodes that have background noise aren't noticeable on the tv so I don't need those anymore. I was able to replace all the episodes with the sign laguage ladies except for one half episode. If anyone can locate this episode please let me know.
