I'd vote for NBC 1985 although I am a fan of Growing Pains on ABC.

That Thursday night lineup for NBC - WOW!

That pretty much seals the deal right there.

NBC - Gimme a Break!, The Facts of Life, The Golden Girls, 227, Punky Brewster, Silver Spoons, The Cosby Show, Family Ties, Cheers.

ABC - Who's the Boss?, Growing Pains, Head of the Class.

I'll definitely go with NBC, but ABC wasn't all that bad.

NBC 1985, with this line-up of shows, there's definitely a reason why NBC finally became the #1 network at that time!

ABC 1986, most of them aren't too shabby, either.

NBC was at their height at this time. I liked Gimme a Break, FOF, Golden Girls, 227, Hunter, Punky Brewster, Silver Spoons, TV's Bloopers, The A-Team, Highway to Heaven, Cosby, Family Ties, Cheers, and Night Court,

Over on ABC I liked MacGyver, WTB, Growing Pains, Moonlighting, Perfect Strangers, Head of The Class, Webster, Mr. Belvedere, Sledge Hammer

I'll go with NBC overall here though.

Not a lot that I loved on either schedule but Moonlighting and Our World were both great.
