HBO Developing Porn Business Drama

HBO is developing a new drama about the porn industry, a network rep tells TVGuide.com.

"Entourage's" Steve Levinson and Mark Wahlberg will serve as executive producers alongside author James Frey, who is also writing the pilot.

"We're going to make a sprawling epic about the porn business in L.A.," Frey told the New York Post. "We're going to tell the type of stories no one else has told before, and go places no one has gone before."

Frey is best known for faking details in his 2003 best-selling memoir A Million Little Pieces. Oprah Winfrey, who selected the book for her book club, had an angry confrontation with the disgraced author on her show about the fabrications in 2006.

She later apologized for slamming him on TV.
