Usually kids added to a show is the beginning of the end for it. I am just curious what 'Bewitched' fans felt about the addition of baby Tabitha and then later Adam?

I thought the addition of both of them was excellent & worked very well & would have come about even if Liz was not in the family way.
Tabitha was the best as she had a chance to grow into the role which Adam never did as the show ended to soon for that, but he was cute & adorable as well. They were both excellent story points that made plots of episodes possible as they then went into the background as they should with Sam & Darrin taking over. Larry Tate ![]() Quote:

Both kids added more plots, which the show obviously needed. It was also fun seeing Sam and Darrin from their honeymoon, having kids, etc. In that way it really was like watching a real couple starting out and then starting a family of their own.

They were both cuties. Frankly, I don't remember Adam doing very much, so I won't comment on him. But Tabitha was pretty funny. Sam had to threaten her with a hairbrush a few times, but she was basically a good kid whose mischief was compounded by her ability to do 'wishcraft'.

I liked both kids they added something to the show. Based on the early episodes where Sam and Darrin interacted with kids shows that they would make great parents.

I like Tabitha a lot. She was the most adorable toddler.
Since Adam wasn't seen much, I can't really comment on him.

The show had a huge asset in Erin Murphy, who I still think is one of the best child actors ever. She was more than a cute kid but she could also act. Erin made Tabitha basically a normal kid, despite the powers she was discouraged not to use.
