Did The Lucille Ball Comedy Hour actually air? There is a list of "Lucy" Specials from 1964-1980, which includes Mr. & Mrs. and Lucy Flies to London, as well as her post Here's Lucy specials, but this one isn't included. What's the story behind it?

what's "THE LUCILLE BALL COMEDY HOUR"? Never heard of it.
Unless you mean "THE LUCY-DESI COMEDY HOUR" which was an hour-long show from the 50s which aired once a month and was a continuation of "I LOVE LUCY".

Per IMDB, The Lucille Ball Comedy Hour and Mr. & Mrs. TV are one and the same. There's a clip of The Lucille Ball Comedy Hour on YouTube which appears to confirm this.

It was a special that Lucy did that is an extra on The Lucy Show Official Second Season.
