Help Identify Case - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hey all

,

I am a longtime lurker and a first time poster. I was wondering if you could help me identify a case. I remember it was about a teen girl, I think with red hair, who met someone online and she was murdered/went missing, and a suspicious car was seen circling her residence on the day of her disappearance. I think the killer was caught, that is really all I remember.

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but did anyone else see On the Case with Paula Zahn the other night? it was all about the Trisha Autry case.
