Keeping up Appearances for sure!!! Patricia Routledge is absolutely hilarious!!! She is always 'singing at' Emmet.

Mr. Bean is by far the best british sitcom ever made! My second favorite is Last Of The Summer Wine. Has anyone ever seen it? There was once a hilarious scene in the show where these guys were carrying a bathtub over their heads and a moose head or something was sticking out. And, as they ran down a street some cops in a car saw them. It was really moronic, but funny.

Cool

Definitely "Blackadder" - one that has stood the test of time consistently.

Cool

My favorite britcom is called 'Allo, allo. It centers around a fellow named Rene who runs a cafe in France circa WW II. The officers of the occupying german army eat regularly at the cafe and Rene befriends them in order to get extra suger and butter rations for the cafe. At the same time the French underground uses the cafe as a hiding place for downed british airmen. So Rene must keep the germans from finding out about the british airmen and must keep the french underground from finding out about his friendship with the germans. Well all this is going on Rene is having affairs with each of the two young waitresses who work for him since he doesn't much care for his wife. The radio Rene uses to contact the Allies to arrange safe passage home for the airman is located upstairs under the bed of his bedridden mother in-law. This show comes from the same producers who created Are You Being Served?

Are you being served was the best ever, but it lost some big fire with the losses of Mr Lucas and Grainger

YEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!
Someone remembers Allo Allo!!! I'd say the best HAS to be "Last of the Summer Wine"-- you can't beat the ongoing battles between Nora Batty and the dear departed Compo!!! [Although, I must say, my favorite Britcom is still "Waiting for God"...]
