"What's going on?" No, I don't know when he first used it. Actually, Dick York's Darrin did have a catch phrase: "SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!" or "SAMANTHA!!!!" every time something went wrong.

Very true DY's Darrin did have a catch phrase and Dick Sargent's Darrin used it as well.

Dick York was the better Darrin and considering he was the original that's the way it should be.
