Sept 21, 2010 by William Keck Chuck takes on green, mean fighting machine Lou Ferrigno on the September 27 episode of NBC's "Chuck" when the former "Incredible Hulk" guest stars as a bodyguard named Gerard. An altercation takes place when Chuck and Sarah go to Milan, Italy, on a mission and encounter Gerard. "My character gets sidetracked when he falls in love. He's guarding an evil spy played by Victoria's Secret model Karolina Kurkova," Ferrigno tells TV Guide Magazine.
