The black and white sets (and the colorized sets)from season one and two,and all the rest,which are in color,are the following included-1)in season one,the narration by the late Jose Ferrer,and 2)The picture of an animated Samatha closing her eyes,smiling,and twitching her nose,and with writing that says Bewitched-will return after these messages,before the final scene,or has the DVD manufacturer (SONY ,I presume)omitted these parts?And in the second season 2-parter "Follow That Witch",does it include the message "To Be Continued"on the DVD?

Yes,No, I believe so as it has been a while since i saw that DVD episode.
