Rob Lowe joins "Parks and Recreation" as a series regular

NBC upped Rob Lowe to a series regular on "Parks and Recreation" -- one of many announcements the network made today during its annual session with the nation’s TV critics.

He is so amazing on the show. I still have the episode where he played the "air-banjo" on my DVR. So loving him in this role!! I can't wait for the show to come back...one of my faves!
