I would definitely say that Jo, Blair, and Tootie changed the most!!!!

Jo and Blair too maybe. They both became more "sensitive" lol and Jo lost her toughness somewhat and Blair wasn't so snobby.

Jo changed the most and it was for the worst. In an attempt of the writers of trying to "mature" her they instead made her kinda boring and bland.
