I read that not only was it ABC's #1 show back in the late 60's, but also at one time was their biggest hit tv show ever! Is this true? Anybody have more info?

Actually Bewitched was ABC's highest rated show in the 1960's. It was ranked #2 after it's first season. No ABC show had ever ranked that high before. Batman was ranked #5 (Thurs) and #10 ( Wed) during it's first season. It was never ranked in the top 30 again.BTW Abc didn't have a #1 ranked show until Marcus Welby M.D. in 1970-1971.
