WHY IS everyone picking on at mcdonaldes? they have healty food they keep blaming them for the toys and about kids getting fat. which the toys are not that goodany ways. they sell healthy food at Mcdonald.And krystle subway and burger king sell toys noone complaines about them. why do they just pick on Mcdnalds? do kid just eat at Mcdonalds all the time? why do they balem them why not just blam the parnest who don't feed the kid right?

Not everyone is picking on McDonald's, but some far left wing groups will always attack any company that's successful. That goofy-looking guy from the so-called "Center for Science in the Public Interest" will occasionally appear on TV shows spouting all this stuff about how many calories and how much fat is in a Big Mac or whatever.

Groups like this have sometimes successfully pressured companies into changing their formula or recipe in order to make their prepared food "healthier"... but recently the CEO of McDonald's told this group to basically drop dead...which I loved lol

It's none of these people's business what someone chooses to eat or drink.

btw, if Obamacare continues (i.e. is not repealed), the Feds are going to be keeping track of everyone's BMI (body mass index).

Anything that's successful, people will target. It's jealousy. These PC doofuses have got to remember, if you don't like McDonald's don't eat there.
Most of the kids who pick up toys there go in with their parents, who are the ones footing the bill for their fast food. The kids themselves don't have that kind of disposable income. Of course, the Dems and Libs who make these asenine policies don't encourage parents to make healthy food choices for their kids, they assume parents won't and act like they themselves are the surrogate parental figures in charge of kids' nutrition. A toy is just part of the treat with which parents reward kids, most likely they don't eat there all the time.

What's next for the nutrition Nazis, tofu burgers? Or should we call them tofurgers??

And unfortunately, these days most PARENTS don't have that kind of disposable income either

^ You'd be surprised, our McDonald's in town is almost ALWAYS busy. I can't believe it with this economy that people can afford to eat out almost every day.

With all the money these families spend eating out they could buy enough groceries to last 3 months

Yeah, I was kidding about parents not having the money... the McDonald's in our town are always quite busy as well. McDonald's is a cheap meal... but I do know a lot of people who eat out at restaurants constantly, all the while complaining about how bad off they are financially

I think people get on McDonalds because some of their food is loaded with calories and saturated fats. That said no one is forcing anybody to eat their food. There must be about a dozen McDonalds here and at any given time, they are quite busy. I have seen some of the drive thru lines so long that it went out into the street.

Most of McDonad's "healthy" food isn't healthy at all. Their salads are alright, until you put some of their dressing on it. Their grilled chicken might not be so bad, but then you put their sauces on it and you may as well have had a cheeseburger.

Having a meal or snack at McDonalds (or any fast food place) is fine once in a while. We all like a treat.

But if you're eating there all the time, don't complain when your doctor tells you your cholesterol and blood pressure are high.

When it comes to adults, we know what's good and what's bad for us. Or we should.

I'm more of a breakfast person at McDonald's. I like to get either the McSkillet Burrito meal or the sausage burritos with coffee and a hash brown. But I don't do it as often as before.
