Was this an UM segment????

Really trying to figure out this one from childhood memory and hoping it's UM since we all loved watching it every week.

-Alien story....Lady is in the house and something (lights or sound) catches her attention and she goes outside. She goes outside into the yard, when she looks back into the house she sees some alien's shadow in her house upstairs walk past the window. This aired around 1988. Can't seem to find it in the episode guide.

These next two stories i know weren't UM but were from some similar "unexplained true" show in the early 90s. Does anyone remember what the show was called? (It's definitely not Beyond Belief Fact or Fiction)

-Family drops their dog off at a pound so they can go on vacation for a week. While driving hours later the family swears they see their dog running along the highway with a stick in his mouth. They pull over and chase after him but lose sight of him in the trees. Minutes later there's a massive pileup in the Northern California fog. Had they not pulled over they would've been part of it. They go back home. When they pick up their dog there's the same stick in his pen at the dogpound.

-Lady moves into an old house. She wakes up one night to an old man at the foot of her bed telling her to "Look out your window!" then he vanishes. She looks out and sees someone breaking in. It scares the would be burglar away. Turns out the old man matches a description of someone who once lived in the house.

It obviously wasnt as good as UM and Robert Stack but it was a fun "true" story show. Just can't remember it. Thanks!

Pretty sure that wasn't UM. I may be wrong though, but it doesn't sound familiar.

I don't remember any of these...especially the first one you said was from UM. Are you sure it's from UM? As for the other show, may it have been Sightings? Or something like Psy-Factor?
