"I’m hearing from very reliable sources that 1 VS 100 is looking to make a television network comeback. It won’t be on NBC, though. I can’t say what network it’s for just yet. 1 VS 100 reruns has been a major player for GSN, achieving big ratings for the game show network even though it has few episodes. The live XBox game also saw large numbers of people playing the game for prizes on the gaming system. I obviously can’t promise anything but last I heard it is “very likely to happen”. Keep your fingers crossed. It’s one of the best quiz shows of the past decade and got a raw deal at NBC. If handled correctly, and if the budget can be kept under control, it has the chance of being a huge hit.

UPDATE: Hole in the Wall has been picked up by Cartoon Network. It’ll work far better as a kids show than one for adults.

Cartoon Network has picked up the global hit game show series HOLE IN THE WALL, ordering 10 new episodes from American Idol Producer
FremantleMedia North America. Casting and production for the new episodes will begin shortly for the family-participant, half-hour program.

Great news about 1 vs. 100. I liked that show. Hopefully they can get Bob Saget and all the writers back. I think it would do well in half-hour daily syndication. Keep the last money payout system (every 10 people gets you XX dollars), make the top prize $500 K and have the same mob all week. They can tape five shows in a day that way. A different mob member becomes the "one."
