How many episodes besides the last season new house episode from 1962-1963 called "The Credit Card",was Eddie's mother featured?

Mrs. Haskell was in the episode where Eddie tells everyone he has a summer job on a fishing boat in Alaska.

I don't think the same actress played Mrs. Haskell every time she appeared.

Agnes Haskell appeared in 4 episodes. She was played by Ann Doran in the 1958 episode "Voodoo Magic" and the 1959 episode "Beaver the Magician". She was played by Anne Barton in two 1963 episodes. "Summer in Alaska" and "The Credit Card".

here's a question why was mr haskell played by two diffrent actors in voodo magic and train trip george was short and chubby but in credit card george was skinny and taller.

This much I do know. George Petrie played Mr. Haskell in the later episodes. He was also a regular on The Honeymooners, and would play Ewing lawyer Harv Smithfield on Dallas.

Like Mrs Haskell, George Haskell was also played by two different actors. He was played by Karl Swenson in two 1958 episodes (The Train Trip and Voodoo Magic) and by George Petrie in two 1963 episodes. (Summer In Alaska and The Credit Card)
