Brian Austin Green & Lainie Kazan Offered Roles on 'Desperate Housewives'

Former Beverly Hills, 90210 charmer Brian Austin Green is considering an offer to move to Wisteria Lane to bring romance to Desperate Housewives. Sources confirm to me exclusively that he would play Keith, a single playboy who makes the women's jaws drop.

Brian (who just wed Megan Fox in real life) turns 37 this month, but doesn't look a day over 30, the age the character was originally envisioned by creator Marc Cherry. Gaby (Eva Longoria Parker) is known for falling for young studs on the Lane (let us not forget Jesse Metcalfe), and with Bree getting left by Orson, she could also be a contender for a little B.A.G. lovin'.

As for Mike and Susan, who have had to move off the Lane and into a dingy apartment, they'll have some new company to play with as well. Susan will befriend an old neighbor lady named Maxine — and that role has been offered to Lainie Kazan, 70, of My Big Fat Greek Wedding fame.
