No, this isn't on DVD.

A VHS came out in 1992.

Bootlegs are out there all over, but to my knowledge, it has never gotten an official DVD release.

I don't think I've ever seen this movie, but it looks pretty good from the promos. I wonder if they ever show it on AMC or TCM? Thanks for the link Monika.
