i am hoping for some help remembering a couple of cases that i have not seen in years. Also, if anyone knows of any updates on them that would be great too.
First there was the case where the elderly night watchman at a large bank vanished and the bank was robbed. There was video footage from inside the bank that showed him talking to a man in a ski mask. They weren't certain if he had helped the masked man or was being forced to help him. i don't recall any names from the story, but the man's daughter was advocating him being innocent. The second case is of an elderly woman that was found dead, tied to a tree on her property somewhere in the south. She had been beaten and a note had something to do with the case, although I cannot remember where it was found. if anyone has any info on these I would appreciate it. |

Oh, one other one I just remembered.
it had to do with a man that had been accused of killing - I want to say his mother, but it may have been his wife or girlfriend - But according to him he had been out of the house when she was killed. It had something to do with a man that had harrassed him earlier in the night and at some point when he was driving home, he saw this same man (in a very odd or convenient coincidence) walking toward his home. He then went in and found this relative (mother, wife or girlfriend) dead. I know that is very vague, but all I can remember is that they alleged killer was a black or hispanic man and I think they had him wearing a dark gray sweatshirt in the reenactment segment. |

1. Dale Kerstetter. It was Corning Glassworks, and platinum was stolen. Still unsolved.
2. Ethel Kidd. Her killer, Edward Wayne Beverly, was apprehended and died in prison. 3. Dorothy Donovan. Her killer, Gilbert Canon, was apprehended and is in prison. |
