The stories he wrote and narrated were well ahead of their time - which makes them timeless. There will never be another one quite like Rod Serling - who was a master of leaving it to the imagination!!

Serling was a visionary writer who earned his way from the ground up, taking his cue not from watching other television shows (like most current writers do) but from LIVING and observing life around him.

I could never get enough of his relevant, thought provoking tales.

I agree with all of the sentiments about Mr. Serling...he was definitely in a class by himself.

As soon as we learned that SyFy would not be running a Twilight Zone marathon over the 4th of July holiday this year, we ordered the complete collection from Amazon. The DVDs arrived yesterday.

We'll have our own marathon over here!
