I can't imagine anyone wanting to use my little postage stamp of a lot for a sitcom shot, and even if they did I probably wouldn't go for it, for the reasons you've all expressed.

Only if I could get privacy agreements such as don't show my address on street name and keep a low profile and not disclose my location to any media outlet but only if it was a one time deal.

I think it would be cool. I'd try it, if the show didn't make it no loss. If it were a hit I'd sell t-shirts, maybe even give tours.

they usually just film the exteriors once and then use the film throughout the series
