Indeed. It's one of my least favorite episodes. The only one I dislike more is "Sylvia" from Season 7. It STILL gives me the creeps.

I only watched "Sylvia" once - and that was one time too many!!!

Plus, did anyone else notice that Sylvia's father looked uncannily like Alice Garvey's first husband? (Royal Dano played both roles.)

Royal Dano played Alice's first husband,Harold,and Sylvia's widowed dad. It also gives me the creeps,may We Make Them Proud is also my least favorite episode.

Actually, "May We Make Them Proud" aired in 1980, not 1979.
