Here for the first time on DVD are all 26 episodes from the third season of the classic TV sitcom.
Architect Wilbur Post (Alan Young, The Time Machine) and his wife Carol (Connie Hines) are once again up to their ears in trouble - and hilarity - with all the mischief brought on by their meddlesome talking horse. This season Ed gets amnesia, finds himself in a lion's cage (with a lion!) and experiences his first taste of show biz. Featured guest stars include Richard Deacon (The Dick Van Dyke Show) and Jack LaLanne. An odd thing about the Mister Ed DVD's, they are four disc sets with eight episodes on three discs and only two episodes on the fourth disc. It would have been better to split the episodes up more evenly, seven episodes on two discs and six episodes on the other two. The way it turned out, they could have eliminated the fourth disc and made these as three disc sets. Nine episodes on two discs and eight episodes on the other disc.
