Default Weekly Trivia for Week of June 21, 2010

Hi - I decided to give this a whirl (w Janine's blessing). Here goes:

1. In the episode "Wally's Traffic Ticket", who is Miss Fickle Feather?

2. In the episode "Ozzie's Night Out" what does Harriet have trouble balancing?

3. In the episode "Tutti Frutti Ice Cream", when Ozzie & Harriet visit the pharmacist, the pharmacist thinks that Harriet is ....................

4. In the episode "The Fraternity Rents A Room" what subject does Prof. Paterson teach?

5. What was Rick's song "Garden Party" about?

Discussion Question:

Wally was some lousy boyfriend. Always going dutch or mooching off Ginger, lying to her, a little bit of hanky-panky monkey business etc. Do you think Ginger should have dumped him? Why or why not?

3) ...pregnant.
5) "Garden Party" was Rick's account of an oldies concert in which he performed at Madison Square Garden, where his long hair and performance of Dylan and Rolling Stones songs apparently struck the wrong chord with some in the audience (although some who were there insist that the booing was not directed at Rick but rather at cops who were ejecting some rowdy audience members).

I can give you the answer to 2 but I'll wait and see if anyone else wants to chime in first before I monopolize the game.

Boy was she ever. Every which way! Right again!

All answers correct for this set.

Re the Bonus Q my opinion is:

Ginger was too good for Wally. While the other gals in the series were quite pretty I actually thought that Ginger had an attractiveness about her too. Wally I thought was gross. I think she should have dumped him and moved on; it would have been hard to do worse (at least in a sitcom). But then, if Wally wasn't the way he was, then you wouldn't have a contrast between him and Nelson boys. Given how similar Wally and Joe Randolph were, I've always wondered if they were related lol

Though I could see where Ginger might have a heard time getting another boyfriend. Not many guys would be so understanding about having their girlfriend hit them over the head with a four or five college text books! lol

I'd agree with you BUT most of Ginger's "violence" was provoked by transgressions by Wally like breaking dates, being caught "actively" flirting with another girl, getting caught in a big lie etc. Ginger is actually pretty nice to everyone else and I bet to a nice boy (i.e. someone with Rick or Dave's dispositon) I bet she'd be fine. But she does have a temper I suppose, but who wouldn't with a b/f like Wally! lol just mho
