Heidi Klum and Seal are one of Hollywood’s most endearing couples – and now the lovey-dovey duo want to give the public a peek into their romantic life and help other couples, too.

The 37-year-old supermodel mom and her musical hubby, 47 – who recently renewed their wedding vows for the fifth time – have a reality show with Lifetime in the works called Love’s Divine, a rep for Klum confirms to PEOPLE.

"Heidi and Seal have been inspiring people with their idea of renewing their vows each year," a friend of Klum’s tells PEOPLE. "After getting positive feedback from family and friends, they decided they wanted to help others share the same kinds of special moments. For example, they want to help people who didn’t have their dream wedding the first time around to get a second chance."

Although filming has not yet begun, Klum believes her blissful experience as a wife and mom is just the right formula to make the show a success.
