Sure, it looks like SATC 2 will be the #1 movie for Memorial Day weekend, but is it time for them to retire the characters? I am NOT saying the actors are too old to act, just too old for these particular type of characters.

Maybe they should stop making "Sex in the City" movies and start making "Golden Girls" movies! They would never get too old for those roles!!

I just think it's time for the franchise to go. I mean after a successful tv series and 2 motion pictures what else can they do with it?

It depends. I don't know what the girls are up to these days. If they're still out clubbing and dressed like 22-year olds, then yeah, they should call it a day. I never missed a single tv episode, but I'm so over the gals. I got tired of them.
