I used to love "Candida", had the 45. And when I rediscovered "Chico and the Man" (and therefore discovered this website!) a few years ago, I found out what close friends Tony and Freddie Prinze were. They appeared on each other's shows and Freddie sang backup on the title song from "To Be With You"! So that song now has the most special place in my heart....

My Grandma has Tie Yellow Ribbon on 45 and my brother and I listen to it everytime we're at her house.

You should try to read Tony's autobiography. He mentions Freddie and their friendship quite often in the book, and included in the photo section are quite a few nice pics of them together.
