Does anyone recall the details of the update such as how much prison time he got or when he died? I believe he was 77 at the time of the UM broadcast in 1989.

He was sentenced to 2 years and died 6 mos after completing his sentence.

His victim profiled on the show was a friend of my grandmother. ('Mrs. K' who passed away in 1993)

I just watched this on Prime. I got a kick of how excited the detective was that 1 of the caller's knew Frankford performed magic.
Well we all knew he was really good at pulling off the disappearing trick.
